These technologies are necessary to provide the service you have requested and do not require your consent. However, we are still required to explain how they are used.
Necessary cookies, session storage or similar technologies may be used while you complete an online risk assessment, so that the website can hold your answers, let you move between pages, and generate your completed PDF report.
So that you can save an assessment and return to it later, your answers are also stored securely on our systems while the assessment is in progress. You can pick up an unfinished assessment using a secure link sent to your email address, on any device. In-progress answers are kept for no longer than 30 days from the last time you save, and are then automatically deleted.
Once your PDF report has been generated, your assessment answers and property information are removed from the assessment system. Any temporary information held on your own device may remain until you close your browser or until it automatically expires. Our Privacy Notice explains this in more detail.
Our payment provider, Stripe, may use necessary cookies or similar technologies to process your payment securely, confirm the transaction and prevent fraud.
These may be set directly by the payment provider. Further information will be available in the payment provider’s own privacy and cookie notice.

Blocking necessary cookies or browser storage may prevent you from completing an online assessment or making a payment.
We may update this Cookie Notice if the website, online assessment system or payment process changes.
The latest version will be published on this page.
