We may suspend or withdraw your access to the website and the online assessments if you breach these terms.

Online assessments

The website allows customers to purchase and complete online risk assessments.

The online assessments are intended only for the property types and circumstances described on the relevant product page. More complex or higher-risk premises may require an assessment completed by a competent professional.

By purchasing and completing an online assessment, you confirm that you are, or are acting under the supervision of, a competent person for the type of property being assessed, that you are responsible for physically inspecting the property, and that the assessment relies on the accuracy of the information you enter.

Purchases are subject to separate Online Assessment Terms and Conditions, which are provided before payment.

Intellectual property

The website content, assessment questions, guidance, report formats, branding and design are owned by or licensed to TSP Safety.

You may use a purchased assessment report for the property identified in the report. You must not copy, reproduce, resell or commercially exploit the website or assessment system without written permission.

Website availability

We take reasonable steps to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free from errors.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

TSP Safety is not responsible for losses arising from:

• Reliance on general website information.

• Third-party websites and services.
• Your failure to follow the guidance provided in assessments.
• Information you provide being incomplete or inaccurate.
